Book online and receive your voucher by email. Print it on A4 paper and bring it with you - the card is shown on-site as a printout. - 3
Activate your card
Validate the ticket once before your first journey. The 48- and 72-hour cards run from that moment; the multi-day cards run until midnight on the last day. - 4
Use your card
Show the card as your ticket on public transport, and at the till to get your discount from partners. Up to three children (6-14) travel free.

What's included? +
A public transport ticket in your chosen zone (AB or ABC) and up to 50% off at more than 170 attractions, tours and restaurants. Free entry isn't included - that comes only with the issuer's separate Museumsinsel and All Inclusive variants. More on the FAQ page.
Do I need AB or ABC? +
ABC, as soon as you're travelling to BER Airport or to Potsdam - both lie in Zone C. Within the city, AB is enough. A plain AB card can't be upgraded to include Zone C afterwards, so plan the zone before you buy. The ABC card runs from 72 hours to 6 days, the AB card already from 48 hours.
How do I get the card, and how long is it valid? +
After booking, you'll receive a voucher by email. Print it on A4 paper and bring it with you - the card is shown on-site as a printout. Validate it once before your first journey: 48- and 72-hour cards run from that moment, multi-day cards until midnight on the last day.
Can I redeem a discount more than once? +
You can visit each included attraction once, or redeem its discount once. The card isn't designed for repeat visits to the same attraction.
Can the card be cancelled? +
No. The card can't be cancelled and isn't refundable. Check the zone, validity and start date carefully before you buy.
