berlinpass.de is an independent guide to Berlin's tourist cards. At the centre is the Berlin WelcomeCard, Berlin's official tourist card. It's issued by visitBerlin, the city's official tourism organisation. The card combines unlimited transport in your chosen fare zone with discounts at 170+ attractions, and is available with validity periods from 48 hours to 6 days.

In Berlin, the first question isn't whether to get a card, but which zone to choose. The AB fare zone covers the city area, ABC also includes BER airport and Potsdam - and an AB card can't be upgraded along the way. Buy the wrong zone, and you either pay for coverage you never use, or end up without a valid ticket at BER. We set zones and validity periods side by side, weigh the card price against the BVG day ticket, and are upfront about what the card DOESN'T do: free entry isn't included in the standard variant sold here - it's a discount card with a transport ticket.

We're not a hotel or general travel portal - we deliberately leave out accommodation booking and tours unrelated to the card. We don't sell the card ourselves: bookings run through our partner Headout, where their current prices, availability and terms apply. We don't offer the Museumsinsel and All Inclusive variants with free entry; those are available through the official card website.
